LINBYNET

Hosting - Facilities Management Experts

Nothing is more permanent than change.

Rather than putting up with this fact, we can benefit from it. LINKBYNET's e-Serenity offering includes hosting and outsourced facilities management consultancy, of high added value and delivered by Project Managers dedicated to your business. During the integration process of your platform into our infrastructure, you also get this support during the deployment phase.

Coach: The Project Manager’s Role

To ensure continuity through the various stages of deployment and skills transfer, right up to production and access delivery, we assign a Project Manager as your designated contact. In our high-end contracts (e-Serenity), it is the Project Manager who will operate the client service throughout the platform's life.

Delivering a quality service means supporting the project throughout its life and advising the Client which orientations will best enhance the quality and availability of their platform.

Before issuing a proposal, we do an audit of all existing hardware and software: NIC sizing and configuration, IP configuration, server hardware, software tools, etc. These consulting and auditing services cover developments in organization, architecture, and technological choices, brought about by emerging hardware and software technologies.

Consultancy | Architecture Optimization

The Project Manager writes reports reviewing all the information from his/her studies on hosting operations, facilities management, and development of your platform. The Project manager’s role is to seek constantly to optimize the platform and to drive all improvements that might lead to  cost reductions or better quality. Since early 2007, LINKBYNET has had a separate quality department working closely with our Clients, our production teams, and our various support teams to promote harmonization of Client Needs and Support Capacity. The facilities management approach guiding our Client relationship is a process of delegation. It is mainly built on the technical and human qualities of the employees we have selected. But this approach also relies on matching our methods and processes to our Clients’ business lines. These methods are what enable our teams to work effectively. It is important that they perfectly match your perception of IT infrastructure and outsourcing management. All this means we audit and constantly change our processes and our organization to stay in tune with our Clients’ needs. To rise to this challenge we follow several standards and authoritative reference sources (notably ITIL), both to share common terminology and practices with our clients and to keep our organization flexible with respect to current markets.
