| When an incident occurs, we deal with it using the classic incident resolution process. If it is of a “disastrous” nature and if resolution is impossible within 2½ hours, LINKBYNET, in an extra-ordinary meeting, come to the decision to activate the Disaster Recovery Plan. There’s a maximum period of 3 hours between incident detection and activation of the switch-over. |
As complete switch-over of your services from one cloud to another is complex and requires numerous skills deployed simultaneously, the decision is made if both of the two following conditions are met: It’s a major disaster affecting several clients and it cannot be resolved in the above-mentioned time. You will be kept informed at each step of the process, so you are constantly aware of the actions undertaken. |
